Originally from The Bronx, NY I moved to Florida in 2015 after serving in the USMC for 8 years. During my time in the service, I spent 3 years overseas including Georgia, Switzerland, and Tanzania, which inspired my love of travel and adventure.
With 6 years of IT experience, I’m currently the Lead Technical Support Analyst for Smart Meter RPM with a focus on technical expertise and functional support on both internal and external computer systems. I have an A+ certification and am pursuing my bachelor’s degree in computer science at USF.
