Damian has many years of customer support experience, in his most recent position working with Cobra Benefits as a Client Services Associate before joining the Smart Meter team in the summer of 2022. As well as being one of Smart Meter's Technical Customer Support Representatives, he also provides one-on-one training with new customers for all their in-house troubleshooting and support needs.
