Lyl comes to Smart Meter with more than four years of extensive customer service experience and bilingual Spanish support. In her new role, she will be providing assistance with the SmartMeter SmartTouch program and Technical Customer Support. Prior to working for Smart Meter, she gained valuable experience in financial auditing and medical billing, which has equipped her with a strong foundation for problem-solving and attention to detail. Additionally, Lyl has been actively involved in SmartMeter's Spanish translation efforts for documents related to recent launches of our latest medical devices, to ensure clear communication and accessibility for our Spanish-speaking customers.
