Casey is a recognized value creator in the connected healthcare industry. He has served as Smart Meter’s CEO since 2021, during which time the company’s sales and number of customers served have increased ten-fold. Previously, he was President and CEO of Tunstall Americas, the US division of Tunstall Healthcare Group, the world’s largest medical alarm provider. He served as CEO at two healthtech start-ups and led sales at BAM Labs, the technology powering smart beds. Casey was the founder and CEO of TelCARE Systems which was acquired by Lifeline, and subsequently by Philips.
Local to Silicon Valley, he has held multiple board seats and advised numerous connected health companies. Casey is a member of the AT&T Healthcare Executive Advisory Council and Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta’s Business Inflation Expectations Panel. He is a frequent speaker at connected healthcare conferences, including Partners Healthcare Center for Connected Health, Parks Associates Connected Health, American Society on Aging, Silicon Valley Boomer Summits, Connected Health and Safety Association, and AgeTech West. Casey holds a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Behavior from Stanford University where he was a multi-year letter winner on the Men’s Varsity Golf Team.
