Lynsay Kokaisel has over 12 years’ experience in Quality and Regulatory, working in industries such as Aero-Space, Nuclear, DOD and Medical devices. She has an in-depth understanding of ISO standards, FDA regulations, good manufacturing practices and lean manufacturing tools. Robust knowledge in Quality Systems Management implementation and procedural/new process development. Lynsay enjoys all the sun Florida has to offer by spending time with her kids at the beautiful beaches or lounging at the pool. As well as painting, photography and traveling.
Alyssa Rosania is completing her MS in Finance - Financial Analytics from Purdue University after receiving a BS in Mathematics - Actuarial Science from St. Thomas Aquinas College, where she was a full scholarship athlete and graduated with honors. She is known for her analytical mind. As a former NCAA Women's Soccer Coach, her ability to utilize analytics to break down opponents earned her numerous awards and achievements. Alyssa successfully produced analytical data to support numerous local businesses in navigating their future with more positive outcomes. She enjoys coaching, playing and watching sports, and being with her family and friends in her spare time.
Gary has a progressive career leading large and small teams through time sensitive and mission critical environments. He works closely with senior leadership to align team members with company culture and financial goals. As an Operations Management professional with 25 years of Pharmaceutical Wholesale and Reverse Distribution experience, Gary provides vision and insight for process improvements driven by growth and customer demand.
Gary is originally from Lexington, KY and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from the University of Kentucky. Gary is also a veteran of the United States Marine Corps. When not working, Gary enjoys spending time with family or playing golf or cheering on his beloved University of Kentucky Wildcats.
Siddharth has more than three years of robust experience in analyzing data, conducting predictive and descriptive analysis using python and R, developing dashboards using Tableau and proficiency in SQL, using SQL window functions, and creating views of complex queries with multiple constraints. Siddharth develops, constructs, tests, and maintains the data architectures that facilitate reporting and analytical needs for Smart Meter.
Previously Siddharth had worked in Accenture as a Data Analyst, where he was responsible for writing and gathering detailed business requirements and translating them into technical specifications and design. He was also responsible for analyzing the data, performing exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and then constructing predictive and statistical models to understand the significant trends and patterns in the data to make data-driven recommendations.
Siddharth has a master’s degree in Business Analytics and Information Systems from the University of South Florida and has a Bachelor’s in Engineering in Electronics Engineering from Mumbai University.
Elena received a master’s degree in Business Administration and bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Valdosta State University. She has experience working in small and large companies in Unites States as an analyst. She has extensive experience in building tests and analyzing the data to predict sales and improve data driven business solutions.
In her free time, Elena loves painting, traditional folk music, and social dance.
Tyler brings 20 years of healthcare sales experience ranging from technology applications like software, wearables, and building systems to consulting and satisfaction research. Most recently he comes from Philips and Lifeline where he was honored with the exclusive Philips Trident award for consistent sales excellence and overachievement. He is an expert in patient and resident safety in long term care, and he is passionate about the aging journey and improving healthspan. Outside of work, when not spending time with his wife and three daughters, he enjoys playing pickleball, skiing, and chess.
