Tom has a diverse background that covers Patient Engagement, Operations Management, and Information Technology across several health care organizations. Most of his career has been with Holy Name Medical Center in Teaneck where, as Director of Patient Engagement, he was responsible for planning, implementing, and supporting a patient engagement platform that was beneficial to both the patients and clinical staff.
Prior to his employment with Holy Name, he was employed for 8 years at Novartis Pharmaceuticals in East Hanover, NJ supporting multiple systems responsible for manufacturing and distribution operations.
Tom is a graduate of William Paterson University in Wayne NJ and has completed certifications as a Patient Experience Professional (CPXP). Tom and his wife Pat and have been married for 28 years and live in Wayne.
