The Account Manager is responsible for growing revenue at new and existing accounts. This role will
serve as Smart Meter’s primary representative working with senior leadership at prospects and
customers to initiate and grow the business relationship.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Increase Smart Meter’s market share in the Remote Patient Monitoring
• Generate new and increase revenue from accounts
• Drive awareness, training, and adoption of Smart Meter solutions across the healthcare channel
(Providers, Hospitals, Health Systems, IDNs, Homecare, RPM & CCM Platform companies, etc.)
• Build, establish, and proactively manage relationships with new and assigned Smart Meter
accounts
• Understand the Smart Meter products and services to identify the correct portfolio solution
opportunities for customers
• Align customer’s goals to ensure satisfaction with the Smart Meter solutions
• Develop and implement an aggressive, consultative, short, and long-term territory/account
strategic plan to drive revenue and market share growth for iGlucose®, iBloodPressureTM,
iScaleTM, iPulseOxTM and other products and subscription services into the healthcare channels
• Monitor and manage account satisfaction through quarterly and annual reviews, contract
renewal management and patient retention
• Provide demonstrations and device training to both potential and current accounts to facilitate
appropriate device and portal knowledge
• Continuously monitor performance across a variety of metrics within accounts/territory,
including market share, unit growth, pricing, and competition
• Understand and communicate sales challenges, account obstacles, and business opportunities
to executive team
• Work with sales and marketing teams to implement sales and marketing campaigns
• Participate and attend conferences and trade shows as needed
• Utilize the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
• Other duties and tasks assigned by supervisor or senior leadership

ROLE REQUIREMENTS
• MUST have Remote Patient Monitoring/Chronic Care Management or Health IT experience
• Experience selling healthcare solutions in a B2B model delivering recurring revenue
• Five (5) years’ experience selling healthcare devices, solutions, or data
• Results-driven mentality, with a bias for speed and action C-Suite selling experience a plus
• Prior account management responsibilities in one or more of the following: Providers, Home
Care, Hospitals, Health Systems, Integrated Delivery Networks (IDN), Accountable Care
Organizations (ACO) or equivalent consultant or complex sales experience
• Track record of driving significant growth. Ideally, experience starting with an emerging
business. Above-market growth in a more mature market will also be considered
• Superior negotiation skills and influence management skills (proven with large customers)
• Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
• Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite
